So what does it mean to be “ghetto fabulous?” Not much by today’s standard. But we at UGAI CIC believe that urban communities have what it takes to stand up to the challenge, turn things around, and transform our families, neighborhoods, communities, and nations into urban centers of greatness. Just as they were intended!!!
